Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. The promoter is TAPE(UK) Ltd, 9 Jacobs Gutter Lane, Totton, SO40 9FQ, company number 15500884 ("we" / "us").
2. The promotion. Individuals who sign up for a TAPE account at our stand (#4A28) during the Installer Show at the NEC Birmingham, 23–25 June 2026, will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win the prize described below.
3. Eligibility. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion. By entering you confirm you meet these requirements.
4. How to enter. Complete a free TAPE sign-up at our stand during the show. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person; duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
5. Opening and closing dates. The promotion opens at 10:00 on 23 June 2026 and closes at 17:00 on 25 June 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
6. The prize. One (1) winner will receive a single Screwfix gift card to the value of £250. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Screwfix Direct Ltd is not a sponsor of, and is not associated with, this promotion; "Screwfix" is used only to describe the gift card prize.
7. Winner selection. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries, using a verifiably random method or under the supervision of an independent person, within [7] days of the closing date.
8. Notification. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided at sign-up, within [7] days of the draw. We will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to draw an alternative winner.
9. Receiving the prize. The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of the closing date.
10. Winner details. We will make available the surname and county of the winner on request. To request this, or to object to publication, contact us at hello@tapeuk.co.uk. We will still provide the information to the ASA on request.
11. Data protection. Personal data collected will be used only to administer the promotion and in accordance with our privacy policy at https://www.tapeuk.co.uk/what-is-tape.html#terms and UK GDPR. Entry into the prize draw does not require marketing consent.
12. General. We reserve the right to amend or cancel the promotion, or these terms, for reasons beyond our control, and will act fairly in doing so. The promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales. By entering, entrants accept these terms.
